"This is the most informative
training course that I ever
attended, both classroom
sessions and field exercises
gave me a lot of knowledge in
oil spill response. The course
was very well organised to
the detail and I appreciate the
effort your team had spent.
I definitely will recommend
your courses to my colleagues
who are interested. Wish you
every success in the coming
sessions."

UNRIVALLED RANGE OF SERVICES
The Offer
OSRL/EARL offers a wide range of training services which are conducted by
Trainers who are experienced in oil spill response.

IMO Level 2 Course in Singapore
Our teams use a variety of modern teaching techniques and interactive tools to
create a dynamic learning environment for our customers.
Our courses are categorised into two main types:
• Published courses
• Client tailored courses
Published Courses
A comprehensive programme of standard courses that
provide benchmark levels of training is delivered at our
facilities in Aberdeen, Bahrain, Southampton, Singapore
and other prime locations around the world. These courses
are open to delegates from any organisation involved in
preparedness and response to oil spills.
Taken together, the suites of published courses in our training directory provide
a comprehensive range of training to suit our customers' needs.
Client tailored Courses
Training services are tailored according to customers' requirements by
adopting one of our published courses, integrating specific needs or
redesigning an entirely different course by using our extensive range of
modules as 'building blocks.
We can also conduct courses at customers' designated locations worldwide.
Continuous Improvement
OSRL/EARL places great emphasis in keeping the training courses and
materials up-to-date by reviewing and updating them annually. During the
reviews, many areas are considered including review of the legislated
requirements, delegates' feedback, lessons learnt and modern best practices
in learning.
In late 2006, OSRL/EARL's two flagship courses (Clearance Course/IMO Level
2 and Management Course/IMO Level 3) underwent an extended review to
weave modern best learning practices into them.
The Clearance Course/IMO Level 2's fundamentals remain unchanged and the
primary emphasis on the broad scope of oil spill issues and practical hands-on
training will remain for this classic course.
The Management Course/ IMO Level
3 course review involve issues related
to crisis management and have been
expanded for more focus on real case
studies illustrating the realities of oil
spills.
It is OSRL/EARL's intimacy with the oil
industry and the value that we place
on the feedback from our delegates
which enable the Training Teams to
conduct these reviews with rigour and
confidence.
