Outsourcing
Through outsourcing, OSRL/EARL takes responsibility
for the operation and management of a Members entire response operation.
Audits are undertaken to determine requirements, procure equipment and validate
logistics arrangements. They are responsible for training personnel, maintaining
the equipment and ensuring a viable response structure, conducting drills
and exercises. Several long-term contracts are currently in place. Equipment
maintenance and training is conducted by our response teams, ensuring both
the site personnel and equipment are prepared for immediate deployment.
